CESAR™ Platform — Entry Waiver, Terms of Use & Privacy Disclosure
CESAR™ is an AI risk generation platform. Before entering, this waiver explains what the platform does, exactly what data you share (IP, approximate location, browser/device info, and your chat and upload content), who processes that data (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Stripe, Replit, Google Drive, Replit Mail), and the limits of liability. What CESAR™ does
- Generates AI risk scores (the CESAR Score, 0–100) with a Trust Level tier and 10-year SEER projections for the questions you ask.
- Runs a parallel-ensemble reasoning layer (the OMEGA ring) that races multiple AI models to answer complex questions and synthesize a consensus.
- Surfaces live market and crypto signals, geopolitical and weather intelligence, sports odds, and aviation / naval tracking from third-party data feeds.
- Projects future outcomes and risk bands using self-correcting learning loops that grade past predictions against later real-world results.
- Offers optional clinical / EMR document drafting (WARDS) that always produces an UNSIGNED draft requiring a licensed clinician's review and signature.
- Provides a Progressive Web App, in-platform payments for an optional lifetime membership, and owner-only command and verification surfaces.
What you share
- Your IP address and the approximate geolocation derived from it.
- Browser, device, and operating-system information (user agent, screen, language).
- The content of your chat messages, questions, prompts, and any files or images you upload.
- A facial descriptor (a numeric representation derived from your face) — ONLY if you use owner face verification; it is sent to our server to authenticate the owner, and an enrollment selfie may be uploaded during the one-time owner setup.
- Your email address and name — only if you provide them for membership, contact, or notifications.
- Payment details — entered into and processed by Stripe; CESAR™ does not store your full card number.
- Usage and diagnostic events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Who processes your data
- OpenAI (via the Replit AI proxy) — AI reasoning and answer generation.
- Google Gemini (via the Replit AI proxy) — AI reasoning and answer generation.
- Stripe — payment processing for the optional lifetime membership.
- Replit — application hosting and the managed PostgreSQL database.
- Google Drive — optional file storage when you connect it.
- Replit Mail — transactional and notification email.
Terms of use and privacy
1. No warranty / no guarantee of accuracy
CESAR™ aggregates third-party intelligence, market, crypto, weather, aviation, satellite, naval, sports, and search data and applies AI models to it. It makes NO guarantee of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose for anything surfaced through chat responses, scores, projections, dashboards, or alerts. AI output can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete.
2. Limitation of liability
CESAR™ and CESAR™ ALEJANDRO SANTANA LLC shall not be liable for any decision made, action taken, or loss incurred — financial, operational, medical, regulatory, or otherwise — based on information returned by the platform or its AI subsystems (including CESARGPT, Trident, ECHO, and bound clones). To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to US$100.
3. Professional responsibility
Aviation, clinical, financial, and legal decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professional. You are NOT a pilot-in-command, clinician, advisor, or regulator by virtue of using CESAR™, and you must defer to certified flight crews, dispatchers, clinicians, financial professionals, and the relevant authorities. Any clinical draft the platform produces is unsigned and requires independent review and signature.
4. Data you share and your consent
By continuing you consent to the collection and processing of the data listed in the “What you share” section below — including your IP address, approximate geolocation, browser/device information, and the content of your chats and uploads — for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the platform.
5. Third-party processors
To deliver the service, your data may be processed by the third-party providers listed in the “Who processes your data” section below (including OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI reasoning, Stripe for payments, Replit for hosting and the database, Google Drive for optional storage, and Replit Mail for email). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data associated with you by contacting cesaralejandrosantana3315@gmail.com. Note that certain immutable AI-memory, blockchain, and audit records are retained for integrity and security purposes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CESAR™ for unlawful purposes, to attempt to breach its security, to misrepresent owner identity, or to rely on its output as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
This waiver is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, and any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Acceptance
This waiver is binding upon acceptance and is timestamped the moment you continue past the entry screen. If you do not agree, do not continue into the platform.
